The Yoga Shala is a fully equipped beautiful countryside Yoga Studio between Bromsgrove & Chaddesley Corbett.

It has space for up to 16 mats, an outdoor deck, underfloor heating & all the equipment you need for Yoga.

The Yoga Shala runs a variety of classes, workshops, retreats and events for the local community.

It is located at postcode WR9 0NN.

Due to current Covid-19 Government guidelines this is restricted to 4 mats with a 2m spacing for health & safety purposes. We can accommodate more on the outside deck so please enquire.

Covid-19 Studio Rules & Safety Measures

·      Do bring your own mat and equipment to class (prop purchase & rental options available)

·      Do bring your own mask for entering/exiting the building

·      Do maintain a social distance of 2m at all times and respect others who may not wish to connect at this time in the studio

·      Do register any health changes to myself via the online form

·      Do wash hands or use antibacterial gel provided on both entry and exit from the building

·      Do pre-book your class online – no dropins allowed unless pre-authorised

·      There will be a separate entry & exit system from the studio so follow directions please

·      Do not crowd in the entrance – please wait until others have finished before moving into the building

·      Only bring keys/essentials into the studio beside your mat

·      Do bring your own water bottle

·      Do wear a mask if you wish to use the toilet facilities and remove once on your mat

DO NOT

·      Please do not come to the studio if you are feeling unwell or showing any sign of temperature/dry cough/COVID symptoms

·      Do not attend if you are shielding any vulnerable family / friends

·      If you have travelled recently please respect any quarantine restrictions

·      Do not use any studio props – please purchase or rent from me

The Yoga Shala Commitment

·      The studio will be thoroughly cleaned between classes

·      Antibacterial gel will be provided at all times

·      We reserve the right to move all classes back to Zoom if the studio has to close due to new regulations for a period of time

·      We aim to keep you safe at all times & protect your wellbeing

·      The room will be well ventilated at all times

·      We will follow a strict track & trace system so please inform us immediately if you become unwell so we can contact anyone who may have been in contact with you in class
