Private Classes

Private classes are a unique opportunity to receive a personalised level of support with precision, wisdom and attunement you cannot find in a public class. 

1 x 90-minute class (including 30 minute intake interview)

2 x 60-minute classes




3 sessions, 1 x 90 minute session and 2 x 60 minute sessions, including personal lesson plans to practice in-between class. I will design a yoga class completely around you and your requirements. I work with awareness to tune into how to best serve your needs. 

The first session will compromise of 90 minutes where we can dig deep to find out how best to maximise your requirements. The next 2 sessions will be to refine what we have discussed and practice so that you can start to improve in your own time and with awareness.

Classes will be at a mutual location or at your home, allowing you to feel 100% relaxed and comfortable. 

I allow a private class of up to 4 people so you can bring a friend or two and share in the fun!

This also makes a perfect gift to a loved one who needs some self-care and personal time to support their needs.

I wanted to find a way of exercising following back surgery and booked one to one lessons with Lara. Everything was very well planned and explained following a thorough consultation. I have had several sessions so far and I have been amazed by the progress I have made and actually how much I can do.  The pace is set to suit you and exercises altered to match your abilities.
